Why does your product packaging look different now? 🍃
We have been trying to limit the amount of packaging to be more sustainable. For the bedding products, we are shifting the packaging from PVC bags to thinner biodegradable plastic bags, which is sufficient to protect the fabric from any dirt. There will also be a cardboard box (the shipping box) that holds the bedding, to avoid any damages from sharp objects during transportation.
Please note this is an ongoing effort, and only part of our bedding products are using the new packaging. The products that have adopted new packaging are:
1. Bamboo lyocell duvet cover set in all colors and sizes.
2. Bamboo lyocell sheet set in white and king size, and in light gray and all sizes.
Where are the packages shipped from? 📮
The majority of our packages are shipped from Los Angeles. We typically ship the large and heavy items such as bedding and blanket with UPS ground, and lighter items such as pillowcase with USPS.
However, recently we realized that shipping from the west coast to the east coast can be very time-consuming, and it is never fun to wait for a package. As such we decided to send a small proportion of our stock to a fulfillment center in New Jersey, and hopefully by doing so we can help improve your shopping experience. Given our budget constraint, currently only some of the bamboo lyocell bedding are available to ship from NJ.
How do I start a return? 🚚
We want to make the return process as straightforward and transparent as possible. To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com with the order number and the reason for the return. We will send across a prepaid return shipping label via email for you to send the items back to us. After receiving the returned package, the money will be refunded to your original payment method. We kindly ask you to send the item(s) back within 30 days of receiving.
