We normally ship your order within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Typical shipping time through our ground service is 3-5 business days depending on your delivery zone.

We ship all orders from USA. Most orders are fulfilled from Illinois, with selected SKUs being shipped from California. In rare instances when an item is sold out in the US, we resort to shipping from Canada.

All available items in your order will be shipped within our regular processing window (1-2 business days). The pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.

We ship primarily through the ground service at UPS and USPS for domestic orders. For international orders, we ship via Asendia USA and
USPS.
