Shipping Information

We offer free shipping within the US, with no minimum purchase required. All packages are shipped from Chicago, IL, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The shipping method is determined based on the delivery address, as well as the weight and size of each package.

The estimated delivery time within the US is 2–7 business days. However, unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as extreme weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, or address change requests from the recipient. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and valid tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

Cancellations

We regret that cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed. However, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused items. To initiate a return, please submit a request via our Return Portal

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please submit a return request via our Return Center and have the items shipped back within 30 days of product delivery. After 30 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please read our return policy in full detail here.

Exception: Items eligible for the 7-night trial program are not required to be returned in unused condition. Currently, only the Bamboo Comforter, TENCEL™ Lyocell Comforter, and Tencel™ Lyocell Mattress Pad Protector are eligible for the program.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Request to Modify Shipping Address

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process. This ensures timely processing and delivery of your order. We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping details before completing your purchase. If you notice an issue with your address, you may contact our customer support team for assistance; however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Missing Package 

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking around your delivery area, including secure locations like your porch, mailbox, or with neighbors. You may also contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance. If the package remains missing, please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 7 business days of the delivery date.
